Some people reported that they were unable to get Storyboarder Pro to work after installation. If you experienced a similar problem, please do the following.
- Make sure your MS Word version is 2003 Professional edition (the Standard edition won't do). Select the About command in the Help menu. In the window that appears (see the screenshot below), check the second line (highlighted with orange).
- In the same window, check if the Service Pack 2 for MS Office 2003 is installed (highlighted with blue). If no, it is highly recommended that you download and install the SP2.
- Download and install the latest update of Storyboarder Pro.
- After you unzip the downloaded Storyboarder Pro package, make sure you double-click the SETUP.EXE file, which checks and installs all prerequisite components before installing Storyboarder Pro.
If the above didn't work for you, DON'T KEEP SILENCE! Everybody who contacted our online support, obtained the resolution in a few hours, (or even minutes if they were lucky). As you know, Storyboarder Pro is in beta testing. Your feedback is highly welcome!
